Sketch #2 Of the Big Sketch Contest

Hey Everyone....It's time for Sketch #2 of our Big Sketch Contest of 2011 over at My Creative Sketches Blog... We have more fabulous Prizes to give away!!!

Are you ready for the details?
SKETCH Contest
 Starting Oct. 20 Ends Nov. 20 (midnight est time USA) Anyone, Yes, Non-Kit Subscribers are encouraged to play along too.

Each month for 3 months beginning Sept. 17 we will provide a sketch (designed by Kim Keane) for you to create a LO. This means you will get a different Sketch in Sept., Oct., and Nov. to create a LO. There will be a different blog post for each month to load your LOs for judging. There will be 3 winners and 3 prizes each month. The first winner will be judged and chosen by the Design Team and then Pam will draw 2 random names for a prize... yes, each month. We ask that you only have one entry per month or per sketch. Everyone that creates a LOs with all 3 sketches will be eligible for another PRIZE...yes...even another PRIZE......the "GRAND" Prize....and the winner for this will be randomly drawn. BUT to qualify for the Grand prize, you must upload all 3 of your LOs on Your Blog or in the MCS contest gallery and link them here in the Link attachment on the MCS blog. Yes, the Grand Prize will be a random draw so it's any one's game at this point. So that means if you have missed a month of playing along then here is your chance to catch up and still qualify for the Grand Prize…Deadlines for each month will be given as we go along each month...Awesome Contest, right???

The lucky "Grand Prize Winner" will receive.......  ((( 3 Month Subscription to the Gorgeous Limited Edition Kit!!! )) You heard me right....3 months of beautiful Limited Edition Kit gorgeousness!!!

Now for the rules:

* Winners will be judged on: use of the sketch, originality and design.

* International entries are welcome but will be responsible for postage.

* Only 1 Layout per participant per sketch, per month please.

* LOs for this Contest may "not" be used in any other Challenge or Contest

* LOs must be newly made for this Contest. So don't use a LO that has been posted anywhere before the contest begins each month please.

* LOs must be "your" own original work

* Upload your layouts using the link tool on the blog post.

* Winner will be announced around Nov. 23.

My October How did I do that Tips......

As you all may know My Creative Scrapbook Design team always do a how did I do that each month with there kits. This month This is what I did on a few of my layouts..

I wanted to use the  Dusty Attic Chicken wire for more than just adding it to the page so I used it as a Mask and Glimmer mist on top of it to give this effect.

Another  thing I did with this layout here...

Was For the Frame on this Layout...I Used my Crop a dile to Punch Three holes where the light dots where on the paper to give it that extra it needed... Then used pop dots to adhere it to the page...It really adds the right charm...

October Challenge at My Creative Scrapbooks Hosted by Hilde!

I Want you to sew on your layout!! ( by hand or machine )
It doesn't have to be lots. But you need to see it ( so your sewing isn't hidden underneath some flowers or so )
As you know, Pam is very generous with prizes and I'm sure the winner of this challenge will be pleased with her goodies.
